Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
By placing an order through the Bebcare website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted to Bebcare Customer Care before the order enters processing or fulfillment.
Submitting a cancellation request does not mean that an order has been cancelled. A cancellation is effective only after Bebcare sends written confirmation that the cancellation has been approved and completed.
An order cannot be cancelled after any of the following has occurred:
- The order has been submitted to a fulfillment center or fulfillment partner.
- Warehouse processing, picking, packing, or shipment preparation has begun.
- A shipping label or tracking number has been created.
- The order has been transferred to a carrier.
- The order has otherwise progressed beyond the point at which Bebcare can reasonably stop shipment.
Bebcare processes orders promptly. A cancellation request submitted shortly after purchase may still be too late if fulfillment has already begun.
If an order can no longer be cancelled, the customer must accept delivery and follow the return procedure stated below, provided the product is eligible for return.
Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address before placing an order.
Requests to change a shipping address are not guaranteed. Once an order enters fulfillment, Bebcare may be unable to modify the shipping address, redirect the shipment, or recall the package.
Bebcare is not responsible for loss, delay, failed delivery, or misdelivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer, except where required by applicable law.
Return Eligibility
Except for products identified as Final Sale or Non-Returnable, an eligible product may be returned only if the customer:
- Contacts Bebcare Customer Care within 14 calendar days after confirmed delivery.
- Receives written return authorization and return instructions from Bebcare.
- Ships the authorized return within 7 calendar days after receiving the return instructions.
- Provides valid return tracking when requested.
- Returns the complete product in its original packaging with all included components, accessories, manuals, promotional items, and proof of purchase.
- Returns the product unused, unaltered, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
A return request does not itself create an entitlement to a refund. The merchandise must first be returned, received, and inspected in accordance with this policy.
Return Authorization
All returns require prior written authorization from Bebcare.
Customers must not send merchandise back without receiving return instructions and an authorized return destination. Merchandise returned without authorization, sent to an incorrect address, or sent cash on delivery may be rejected or returned to the customer.
Bebcare may require photographs, videos, serial numbers, packaging information, delivery records, or other reasonable information before issuing return authorization.
Return authorization does not guarantee a refund. Refund eligibility is determined after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
Final Sale and Non-Returnable Products
A product is non-returnable when the product page, promotional offer, cart, checkout page, or applicable promotional terms identify the product as Final Sale or Non-Returnable before payment.
Final Sale products are not eligible for cancellation after fulfillment begins, return, exchange, or change-of-mind refund, except where required by applicable law.
The Final Sale restriction applies when the product or applicable promotion is expressly identified as Final Sale before payment. Final Sale promotions may include Lucky Sale, Black Friday Sale, Cyber Monday Sale, Christmas Sale, Mother's Day Sale, Father's Day Sale, Labor Day Sale, and other promotions expressly identified as Final Sale.
The following products are also excluded from ordinary returns where permitted by applicable law:
- Products that have been used, damaged, altered, modified, or installed.
- Products missing components, accessories, manuals, serial labels, or original packaging.
- Products returned outside the authorized return period.
- Products purchased through an unauthorized reseller.
- Gift cards, downloadable products, replacement parts, accessory items, and complimentary promotional items.
- Bebcare Mat baby movement sensor mats.
- Gift purchases.
- Products that cannot be resold for health, hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons after opening.
These restrictions do not eliminate any non-waivable rights relating to defective, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied products.
Promotional Purchases
If a particular promotion is Final Sale, the product page, promotional offer, cart, checkout page, or applicable promotional terms will disclose the Final Sale condition before payment.
Promotion-specific conditions disclosed before payment form part of this policy. If promotion-specific terms conflict with the general return provisions, the promotion-specific terms apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Refused, Unclaimed and Returned-to-Sender Deliveries
Refusing delivery, failing to collect a package, failing to respond to a carrier, or allowing a package to be returned to sender does not constitute an approved cancellation or authorized return.
If a refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or unauthorized package is returned to Bebcare, any refund remains subject to:
- Bebcare physically receiving the returned merchandise.
- Inspection of the product and packaging.
- Confirmation that the product qualifies for a refund.
- Deduction of actual outbound shipping, return shipping, customs charges, carrier fees, and other nonrecoverable delivery costs where permitted by applicable law.
No refund is due while merchandise remains in the customer's possession, with the carrier, or otherwise has not been received by Bebcare.
Return Shipping
Unless the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged upon arrival, materially different from what was ordered, or the return is otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, import charges, brokerage costs, and similar fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The customer remains responsible for the returned merchandise until the authorized return destination receives it. Bebcare recommends using a trackable shipping service and retaining the shipping receipt and tracking information.
Bebcare is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during return transportation arranged by the customer.
Inspection and Refund Determination
After receiving an authorized return, Bebcare will inspect the merchandise to confirm:
- The correct product was returned.
- The product serial number corresponds to the purchased product.
- All components and accessories are present.
- The product has not been used, damaged, altered, substituted, or materially mishandled.
- The product otherwise satisfies this policy.
If the return is approved, Bebcare will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.
If the returned product does not satisfy the return conditions, Bebcare may deny the refund, reduce the refund to account for missing items or diminished value where permitted by law, or return the product to the customer.
Bebcare will provide notice of the refund decision. After Bebcare initiates an approved refund, the customer's bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
Restocking and Diminished-Value Deductions
For eligible change-of-mind returns, Bebcare may apply a restocking fee of up to 25% where permitted by applicable law.
No restocking fee will be applied solely because a product was defective, damaged upon arrival, materially different from what was ordered, or incorrectly supplied.
Bebcare may deduct documented amounts reflecting missing components, damaged packaging, customer-caused damage, excessive handling, or other loss in value where permitted by applicable law.
Bebcare will not recover the same loss twice. Any applicable fee or deduction will be identified in the refund determination.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Customers should inspect the package promptly after delivery.
Claims involving transportation damage, an incorrect product, missing components, or a product that does not function as represented should be submitted promptly to Bebcare Customer Care with:
- The Bebcare order number.
- A description of the problem.
- Photographs or video showing the product, packaging, shipping label, and claimed issue.
- The product serial number, if applicable.
Bebcare may provide troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair, replacement, or a refund depending on the circumstances and applicable legal or warranty obligations.
Final Sale restrictions and change-of-mind return exclusions do not override non-waivable rights applicable to defective, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied merchandise.
Delivery Confirmation
A carrier record showing delivery to the shipping address, building, reception area, parcel locker, mailbox, authorized recipient, or another location designated by the customer or carrier may be used as evidence that delivery was completed.
Customers are responsible for arranging a secure delivery location and promptly retrieving delivered packages.
A claim involving suspected loss, theft, or misdelivery will be investigated using available carrier records and other relevant evidence. Delivery confirmation does not prevent a customer from reporting a genuine delivery problem.
Refunds and Payment Disputes
Customers should contact Bebcare Customer Care before initiating a payment dispute so that Bebcare has a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
Initiating a payment dispute does not constitute cancellation of an order, return authorization, proof that merchandise was returned, or an entitlement to a refund.
If a customer receives both a merchant refund and a payment reversal for the same transaction, the customer must notify Bebcare so that the duplicate credit can be corrected.
Bebcare may provide the payment provider or issuing bank with records reasonably relevant to the transaction, including:
- The order confirmation and payment record.
- The policy disclosed at the time of purchase.
- Evidence that the customer accepted or was shown the applicable terms.
- Customer communications.
- Fulfillment and carrier records.
- Delivery confirmation.
- Return authorization and tracking records.
- Inspection results.
- Refund records.
- Relevant fraud-screening or transaction-authentication information.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising rights available through the customer's payment provider or applicable law.
Policy Applicable to an Order
The version of this policy in effect when the customer submits payment governs that order, subject to applicable law.
Bebcare may update this policy prospectively. A later version will not retroactively alter the terms governing an earlier purchase.
If mandatory local law provides greater consumer protection than this policy, the mandatory local law controls.
Contacting Bebcare
Cancellation, return, and refund requests must be submitted to Bebcare Customer Care using the contact method published on the Bebcare website.
Customers must include the applicable order number and the email address used to place the order.
A cancellation, return, or refund request is not approved until Bebcare provides written confirmation.
